I am a native Floridian, Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and General Contractor with over 25 years of experience in real estate, construction, property management, and business operations. I have been a resident of South Brevard County and Indian River County for over 20 years, giving me deep local knowledge of the Treasure Coast market and the communities I serve.

As a Broker Associate with LoKation Realty and CEO of Starratt R. Properties, I bring a full-spectrum perspective to residential and commercial real estate—understanding not only the transaction, but the structure, value, and long-term performance of every property.

My background includes hands-on experience in property development, investment analysis, leasing, and asset management. I help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed, strategic decisions by combining market expertise with practical construction insight. As a licensed Florida General Contractor, I am able to evaluate properties beyond surface appearance, identifying true value, potential risks, and opportunities that others may overlook.

I am an honorably discharged U.S. Army combat veteran, and I bring the same discipline, integrity, and accountability to my professional work that defined my military service.
